Our homes are very difficult to get to if you are unable to drive, as they are not near any public transport routes.
Therefore full time staff would require access to a vehicle.
As we do not use agency staff we are always looking for a strong team of casual staff to cover holidays & sickness.
To support our children the home is staffed 24/7, all year round.
We generally work on a 9 week rolling rota with a '1 day on, 2 days off' style system, with slight adaptations, working an average of 3 days per 7, with each 'on' shift including a sleep in.
Our shifts are usually 08:30 - 20:30.
